Inspect on arrival
Check the packaging and part before fitting. If something appears damaged, incorrect or inconsistent with the confirmed order, contact us promptly with photographs and the order reference.
Review process
We review the issue against the written quotation, supplied specification and applicable supplier terms, then confirm the available next step in writing.
Change of mind
Eligibility for a change-of-mind return depends on the item, condition and supplier terms. Do not send a part back until return instructions are confirmed.
Fitted parts
Once a part has been installed it is handled under the warranty process rather than as a return.
Refunds
Any approved refund method and timing are confirmed as part of the return process and remain subject to the applicable quotation terms.
